Summary: In this paper, the problem of missing data in banking is addressed in a systematic and comprehensive manner. Very little has been written about this serious and significant challenge, sporadically about some specific business problems, but never in this way - namely, the creation, or rather the definition of protocols. By including artificial intelligence models in the process of solving missing data, this “unsolvable problem” for data analysts is brought under control, and begins to represent a routine, i.e. another mandatory step in data preparation and analysis.
