EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOEES' KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBLE BANKING

Summary: The EBTN Board of Directors and EBTN Members Meetings were held in the second half of January 2013 in Amsterdam. The discussion at these meetings covered the operations of EBTN and its future directions in work: certification and education of employees, trainings and the ways of their financing. We hereby present the profile and experiences of the French CFPB Institute in training and education, and the experiences of the World Savings Banks Institute, Brussels, concerning the issue of responsible banking.
